Dmitrii Iliushin, LL.M. is a licensed New York State notary public and has extensive experience, including obtaining apostille from Secretary of State. Being a foreign lawyer with almost 10-year practice, Mr. Iliushin graduated Fordham University School of Law with Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) He has worked as litigation paralegal with New York law firms for more than 7 years.
He also was appointed as a New York City Commissioner of Deeds.
