  Our notary public will meet you where you are! There are many instances when you need to notarize a document. Power of Attorney, Deed, Contracts, Affidavits, Application Forms, Authorizations, Corporate Documents, Papers for Court Proceedings, etc. Sometimes it is urgent and has to be done here and now. We can travel to your place and effectuate all notary acts you require. We also can provide technical support, including printing and copying documents, if they are sent to us in advance. 

  New York State law recognized the role of modern technology and allowed fully remote electronic notarization of any instruments. It became possible to get your papers notarized while you were out of state, and even out of the country. If you are abroad and you need to get notarized a document, which shall be used in the U.S., we can organize an online session with a notary public, who can perform notarial acts after confirming your identity. The document will be executed and notarized fully electronically. Should you require a physical copy, a notary will print and perform wet-inked certification (a certificate of authenticity), which can be used for all official purposes (including recording in clerk offices.) 

  If you need a power of attorney for your representative in Russia, we can assist you with preparation of such power of attorney in Russian, notarizing it and obtaining apostille so it can be used abroad.
